Privacy policy
This website does not track you: no cookies, no advertising, no audience measurement. Here is exactly what happens when you visit it.
Data controller
Capsa Horizons Association, Rue Kilani Metoui, Gafsa 2100, Tunisia — contact@capsa.tn.
Cookies and audience measurement
The website sets no cookies and uses no audience-measurement or advertising tools.
When you choose a language, your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so the site opens in that language next time. This information is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
If an audience-measurement tool is ever added, it will only be switched on with your consent, and this page will be updated first.
Contact form
When you write to us, we receive your name, email address, subject and message. We use them only to reply to you.
Your message reaches us through the association's business email (Microsoft 365) or, if direct sending is unavailable, through your own email software. It is not stored in any database on the website.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to follow up on your request. It is never sold, shared or used for marketing.
Website assistant
The assistant (the "Any questions?" bubble) answers from this website's pages using the Claude artificial intelligence model, provided by Anthropic.
Your questions and the current conversation are sent to Anthropic solely to generate the answer. The website does not store them or link them to any identity; the conversation disappears when you close or reload the page.
Please don't share personal or sensitive information there. For a request about you personally, use the contact form instead.
External services used by the website
As with any website, some services technically receive your IP address when they deliver content to you:
Microsoft Azure, which hosts the site, keeps technical logs needed for it to run securely.
Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces.
capsa.tn, Radio Capsa FM's website, supplies the images for press releases and news.
Zeno.fm streams Radio Capsa FM's live broadcast; your browser only connects to it when you press play.
The links to Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok are plain links: none of these services loads unless you click.
Your rights
Under Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you may ask to access the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or object to its processing. Write to contact@capsa.tn.
You may also contact Tunisia's National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP).
