Free Access – Fawq Essour
After taking part in ERIM's "Fou9 Essour" training on freedom of expression and access to information, Radio Capsa FM had its proposal selected to produce radio content for young people, with one-to-one mentoring. Production ran from 14 December 2023 to 4 April 2024, and the deliverables were sent to ERIM in April 2024.
Context
ERIM's Free Access project aims to strengthen freedom of expression and access to information in Tunisia through community radio. After the "Fou9 Essour" training, ERIM invited each trained station to produce content on this theme, aimed at a young audience and designed with an inclusive approach. The content was meant to fit into the existing programme schedule rather than stand alone as a one-off show, with each station free to choose its format and length.
Objectives
- 01Bring young listeners radio content that promotes freedom of expression and access to information.
- 02Put the "Fou9 Essour" training into practice, with one-to-one mentoring.
